This is not an exercise program, this is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Just as our lives changed when we became born again Christians, our eating habits has to also change and get in line with God’s Will and Plan for our lives.
God is concerned for both your body and your soul. As responsible Christians, we should neither neglect nor indulge ourselves, but care for our physical needs and discipline our bodies so we are at our best for God’s service.

Monthly Luncheons
All members meet every fourth Saturday of the month to fellowship and enjoy lunch together. We enjoy food, fun and inspirational and uplifting conversations. We have workshops and exercises that build self esteem, handle everyday life and much much more. These meetings are held at various locations throughout the city of Chicago and Elkhart IN.
